Kerala Creamy Chicken With Coconut Pieces

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Chicken breast
  • 1 no Onion sliced
  • 200 g Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Roasted cashew nut crushed
  • 100 g Tender coconut pieces sliced/optional
  • 1 tbsp Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger minced
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 cup Cashew paste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • Mint leaves Few

Instructions
 

  • For preparing creamy chicken, first sprinkle salt in chicken and fry both sides in oil.
  • Slice the fried chicken. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion slices and fry to a golden brown.
  • Add curry powder, ginger, green chillies, mint leaves and salt.
  • Add coconut slices and fry again. Add chicken pieces and mix again.
  • Add crushed cashew nuts and mix well. Cover and fry for 5 minutes.
  • Add turmeric and cashew paste. Mix chicken well. Add the cheese on top and cover it again for 2 minutes.
  • When cheese melts, remove from flame.
  • Creamy chicken recipe is ready.
