For preparing tasty coconut duck, heat coconut oil in a vessel and saute onions till golden brown with curry leaves.
Add in ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, pepper powder, green chillies and salt. Saute for 2 minutes on low flame.
Toss in the duck and tomatoes. Fry it on low flame for 2 minutes.
Pour required water, close the lid and allow it to cook.
Open the lid and boil it till it becomes dry. Keep mixing it.
When it becomes dry pour in the coconut milk and allow it to simmer for 1 minute on low flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Remove it from the flame.
Tasty coconut duck is ready. Serve hot.
