Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Green peas (dried green peas soaked)
  • 50 g Carrot chopped
  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • 3 nos Green chillies slit
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 50 g Onion chopped
  • 50 g Potato diced
  • 1 piece Ginger chopped
  • Pepper As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing the delicious dish, take a bowl and add in green peas, carrot, onion, potato, green chillies and ginger with little coconut milk and water. Add required salt too.
  • Cover and cook the vegetables.
  • When done, add turmeric and pepper.
  • Add the rest of milk and thicken the gravy. Remove from fire.
  • The tasty nutritious dish, is ready.
