Ingredients
  

  • 75 ml Yoghurt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 20 g Mint leaves
  • Salt As reqd
  • Pepper As reqd
  • 500 ml Stock/water

Instructions
 

  • For preparing pudina ela thaiyru kootu, first whisk the yoghurt well.
  • Boil water. Add the yoghurt in it.
  • Add mint leaves in it. Remove from flame.
  • Add salt and pepper according to taste.
  • Pudina ela thaiyru kootu is ready.
