Instructions
For preparing kerala aval puttu, place the powdered aval in a plate. Add cardamom, sugar, salt and mix with hand.
Sprinkle water in between and mix with aval.
Take a puttu kutti and place coconut first and aval mixture, then again coconut and steam cook it for 8 minutes.
Kerala aval puttu is ready.
