Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Green gram cherupayar
  • 2 nos Green chilly
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 4 nos Shallots
  • Coriander leaves Few
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing payar dosa, soak the green gram for 3 hours.
  • Grind the green gram, shallots and green chillies with some water and turmeric.
  • Add salt to the batter.
  • Make dosas out of this and serve.
  • Payar dosa's are ready.
