- Green chilly - 2 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Shallots - 4 nos
- Coriander leaves(Few) -

Instructions
- For preparing payar dosa, soak the green gram for 3 hours.
- Grind the green gram, shallots and green chillies with some water and turmeric.
- Add salt to the batter.
- Make dosas out of this and serve.
- Payar dosa's are ready.
