- Chicken - 500 g
- Onion(sliced) - 2 nos
- Onion(diced) - 1 no
- Ginger(sliced) - 1 tbsp
- garlic(diced) - 6 cloves
- Green chillies - 5 nos
- Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
- Dry chillies - 2 nos
- Coconut(grated) - 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Nirapara chicken masala - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 1 cup
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing tamil nadu koli curry, first heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add garam masala, onion, coconut and saute. Add coriander seeds, dry chillies, ginger and garlic.
- When done, grind them.
- Heat oil in pressure cooker. Add sliced onion, green chillies and ground paste. Fry well.
- Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric, curry powder and curry leaves. When it turns semi brown, add chicken and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add cumin powder and saute again.
- Tamil nadu koli curry is ready. Serve with coriander leaves on top.
