Instructions
For preparing pesara vada, soak green gram in water.
Lightly grind it in a blender.
To this batter, add onion, ginger, green chillies, cumin, curry leaves and salt. Mix well.
Heat oil in a kadai. Make balls out of the batter. Lightly press it in hand.
Fry it in oil. Serve hot.
Pesara vada is ready.
