Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Green gram Cherupayar
  • 15 g Ginger
  • 5 nos Green chillies
  • 2 nos Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing pesara vada, soak green gram in water.
  • Lightly grind it in a blender.
  • To this batter, add onion, ginger, green chillies, cumin, curry leaves and salt. Mix well.
  • Heat oil in a kadai. Make balls out of the batter. Lightly press it in hand.
  • Fry it in oil. Serve hot.
  • Pesara vada is ready.
