- Ginger - 15 g
- Green chillies - 5 nos
- Onion(chopped) - 2 nos
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig

Instructions
- For preparing pesara vada, soak green gram in water.
- Lightly grind it in a blender.
- To this batter, add onion, ginger, green chillies, cumin, curry leaves and salt. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Make balls out of the batter. Lightly press it in hand.
- Fry it in oil. Serve hot.
- Pesara vada is ready.
