Instructions
For preparing sweet pumpkin curry, first remove the skin and cut the pumpkin into pieces and cook in water with salt.
Drain water and keep pumpkin aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds, dry chillies, black gram and chana dal.
Add jaggery and melt. Add pumpkin and mix.
Add coconut and rice flour. Remove from flame.
Sweet pumpkin curry is ready.
