  • For preparing sweet pumpkin curry, first remove the skin and cut the pumpkin into pieces and cook in water with salt.
  • Drain water and keep pumpkin aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds, dry chillies, black gram and chana dal.
  • Add jaggery and melt. Add pumpkin and mix.
  • Add coconut and rice flour. Remove from flame.
  • Sweet pumpkin curry is ready.
