For preparing yummy duck, grind onions, green chilly, garlic, ginger, garam masala, salt and white pepper. Keep it aside.
Take a bowl, add oil, duck and salt. Mix well and grill for 10 minutes. Remove and keep it aside.
Heat a vessel and fry the above onion paste in oil.
Add in yogurt and dry fenugreek leaves. Mix well.
Then add in the grilled duck, milk, saffron and 1/2 cup of water. Mix it well and allow it to cook for 5 minutes.
Yummy duck is ready. Serve hot with chappathi.
