Instructions
For preparing methi rice, first heat oil. Add urad dal, ground nuts and asafoetida.
Add chopped methi leaves and fry well.
Add turmeric and chilly powder.
Sprinkle salt water and cook methi leaves.
Add rice and mix well.
Methi rice is ready.
