Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Parotta slices
  • 1 no Onion sliced
  • 1 no Tomato sliced
  • 2 tsp Ginger crushed
  • 2 nos Egg
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Garam masala A pinch
  • 1 no Green chilly
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing roasted parotta, heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry ginger, onion, green chillies and garam masala.
  • Add salt and tomato.
  • Add egg and scramble it.
  • Add parotta in it and saute.
  • Mix well and roast it.
  • Roasted parotta is ready.
