For preparing wine prawns in sauce, heat butter in a pan.
Add coriander leaves and prawns.
Sprinkle salt.
Add wine and cook prawns.
When dry, keep it in a flat serving plate.
In the same pan, add ginger paste, fry it.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, pepper and little salt.
When it thickens, remove from flame.
Pour it over the prawns with spoon.
Wine prawns in sauce is ready.
