For preparing mathi paalpizhinjadu, mix fish, onion, ginger, garlic, gambooge, green chillies, coriander, chilly powder, turmeric and salt.
Heat a clay pot, splutter fenugreek seeds. Add the fish mix and fry it.
Add little water and cook the fish.
Add curry leaves and coconut milk.
When curry thickens, remove from flame.
Pour coconut oil on top and serve.
Mathi paalpizhinjadu is ready.
