Babycorn And Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 cup Mushroom chopped
  • 1 cup Baby corn chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder
  • Pepper As reqd
  • Veg stock As reqd
  • 2 tsp Corn flour
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing mushroom and babycorn soup, heat butter or little oil in a pan.
  • Add onion and garlic. Fry it.
  • Add mushroom and babycorn to it.
  • Add nutmeg and pepper.
  • Pour the veg stock and cook till vegetables are cooked.
  • Add salt.
  • To thicken the soup, add corn flour mixed in water.
  • Serve hot. Babycorn and mushroom soup is ready.
