Instructions
For preparing mushroom and babycorn soup, heat butter or little oil in a pan.
Add onion and garlic. Fry it.
Add mushroom and babycorn to it.
Add nutmeg and pepper.
Pour the veg stock and cook till vegetables are cooked.
Add salt.
To thicken the soup, add corn flour mixed in water.
Serve hot. Babycorn and mushroom soup is ready.
