For preparing ladies finger kerala curry, first fry ladies finger in little oil and keep aside.
Grind coconut and green chillies.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal and dry chillies. Add curry leaves and fry.
Add the ground coconut and fry again.
Add ladies finger and add little water.
Simmer flame, add turmeric, coriander and chilly powder. Cook masala well.
Mix little water to curd and blend well.
Add to the curry. Do not boil the curd. Remove from flame before boiling starts.
Ladies finger kerala curry, a tasty as well as nutritious recipe is ready. Serve with rice.
