Lamb Chops Gravy

Ingredients
  

  • 9 nos Lamb chops small pieces
  • 2 nos Onion chopped
  • 2 nos Tomato slices
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • 3 nos Green chillies slit
  • 1 no Capsicum sliced
  • 2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing lamb chops gravy, marinate lamb pieces with a mixture of ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, coriander, turmeric, lime juice and salt.
  • Heat little oil in a pan, add lamb chops in it and fry it.
  • Take out and keep it in a plate.
  • Heat oil again, add onion and fry. Add lamb again and fry. Add water and cook lamb. Add capsicum, tomato and green chillies. Cover and cook it.
  • Gravy should be semi thick and well blended.
  • Lamb chops gravy is ready.
