For preparing sprout beans in onion soup, first heat butter in a pan, add bay leaf and onion.
When it starts to change color, remove from flame.
Take out the bay leaf and grind the onion mixture.
In a large vessel, boil water and cook sprouts with salt.
When done, heat again, add onion puree and corn paste.
Add pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve hot. Can add corn flour for thickening
