Black Beans Curry With Channa

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 cup Channa cooked
  • 1 no Onion
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 cup Tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • Salt As reqd
  • Coriander leaves Few

Instructions
 

  • For preparing black beans curry with channa, first make a paste of onion, ginger and garlic.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and add garam masala. Add onion paste and fry well.
  • Add the tomato puree, chilly powder, coriander, turmeric and salt.
  • Add the beans and channa into it.
  • Cook the beans with little water.
  • When done, add coriander leaves and serve hot.
