Instructions
For preparing raw pepper/kurumulaku achar, first combine pepper, lime juice, garlic, ginger and salt.
Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds, fenugreek powder and dry chillies.
Pour over the pepper mixture.
Keep it in a tight bottle and use after 2-3 weeks.
Raw pepper/kurumulaku achar is ready.
