Chicken Thai Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Chicken chopped, boneless
  • 1 cup Mushroom chopped
  • 1/2 cup Lemon grass chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp Thai paste
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1 no Capsicum chopped
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • Pepper As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tsp Corn flour

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chicken thai fry, first marinate chicken with lemon grass, green chillies, vinegar, thai paste and salt. Keep it for 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and onion. Fry well. Add the chicken to it and fry for 10 minutes. Add capsicum, mushroom pieces and fry again.
  • Add little water and cook chicken till tender.
  • Add pepper and corn flour mixed in water.
  • Make it a dry fry and serve hot.
