Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Moong dal Cherupayar parippu
  • 3 cups Jaggery sharkara
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 pinch Cardamom powder

Instructions
 

  • For preparing parippu kanji, cook cherupayar parippu in a pressure cooker.
  • Add jaggery(powdered) to the cooked cherupayar parippu and cook well.
  • Add grated coconut(slightly grounded) and cook well.
  • After cooking is over, add milk and cardamom powder.
  • Paruppu kanji is ready.
