Instructions
For preparing parippu kanji, cook cherupayar parippu in a pressure cooker.
Add jaggery(powdered) to the cooked cherupayar parippu and cook well.
Add grated coconut(slightly grounded) and cook well.
After cooking is over, add milk and cardamom powder.
Paruppu kanji is ready.
