Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Potato cooked & mashed
  • 2 tbsp Butter milk
  • Coriander leaves Few
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour Maida
  • 1 no Egg
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing oats pancake, mix together potato, egg, flour, coriander leaves, butter milk, garlic and salt.
  • Knead well.
  • Dip in oats and coat well.
  • Make balls and flatten it.
  • Drizzle olive oil in pan, fry it in pan on both sides. Oats pancake is ready.
