Singaporean Crab Curry

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Crab meat
  • 10 nos Shallots kunjulli
  • 5 nos Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 7 nos Dry chillies
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind paste
  • 2 tsp Palm sugar
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing singaporean crab curry, first crush shallots, dry chillies and garlic.
  • Heat butter in pan. Add crab and fry for 2 minutes. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in kadai, add onion mixture and fry it. Add ginger paste, tamarind and sugar. Add required salt.
  • When masala turns color, add salt and crab. Add little water, cover and cook.
  • Singaporean crab curry is ready.
