Instructions
For preparing singaporean crab curry, first crush shallots, dry chillies and garlic.
Heat butter in pan. Add crab and fry for 2 minutes. Keep aside.
Heat oil in kadai, add onion mixture and fry it. Add ginger paste, tamarind and sugar. Add required salt.
When masala turns color, add salt and crab. Add little water, cover and cook.
Singaporean crab curry is ready.
