Mix maida, baking powder, salt, jeera, ajwain and chilly powder in a bowl.
Add butter and mix well. sprinkle water and knead it to a chappathi dough.
Keep aside and cover it with a lid.
After some time, make medium-sized balls out of the dough.
Roll into circular flat chapathis and cut vertically and diagonally with one inch space between each line.
Cris-cross to get diamond shapes.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these cuts until golden brown.
Crispy spicy diamond cuts are ready.
Cool and store it in air-tight containers.
