Ingredients
  

  • Spinach leaves As reqd
  • 1 cup Gram flour
  • 1/2 cup Rice flour
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing spinach boli, mix rice flour, gram flour, cumin powder and salt with little water.
  • Add spinach leaves(do not chop it)
  • Keep it refrigerated.
  • Take leaves seperately and fry it in oil.
  • Spinach boli is ready.
