Ingredients
  

  • 3 big Egg plant
  • 1 pod Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing egg plant dip, first bake the egg plant and garlic(whole without peeling skin) in oven or grill it.
  • Peel the skin of eggplant and chop it.
  • Remove the skin of roasted garlic and mince with eggplant.
  • Mix it in a bowl. Add salt and drizzle olive oil.
  • Use the dip with pita bread(roasted/raw).
