Easy Vermicelli Upma

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Vermicelli
  • 1 no Onion sliced
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 no Tomato
  • 1 cup Carrot cooked/sliced
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing easy vermicelli upma,first fry vermicelli in ghee.
  • Cook the semiya in boiling water with salt.
  • In a kadai, heat oil. Splutter mustard seeds, dry chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add onion and green chillies.
  • Add tomato, turmeric and carrot. Sprinkle little salt.
  • Add the vermicelli and mix well.
  • Easy vermicelli upma is ready.
