Instructions
For preparing easy vermicelli upma,first fry vermicelli in ghee.
Cook the semiya in boiling water with salt.
In a kadai, heat oil. Splutter mustard seeds, dry chillies and curry leaves.
Add onion and green chillies.
Add tomato, turmeric and carrot. Sprinkle little salt.
Add the vermicelli and mix well.
Easy vermicelli upma is ready.
