- Green chillies - 2 nos

- Carrot(cooked/sliced) - 1 cup

- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp

Instructions
- For preparing easy vermicelli upma,first fry vermicelli in ghee.
- In a kadai, heat oil. Splutter mustard seeds, dry chillies and curry leaves.
- Add onion and green chillies.
- Add the vermicelli and mix well.
- Easy vermicelli upma is ready.
