Nadan Parippu Curry - Sadhya Special

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Dal
  • 6 nos Shallots kunjulli
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • Ghee As reqd
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 no Dry chillies cut in half
  • Curry leaves Few

Instructions
 

  • For preparing nadan parippu curry, crush roughly shallots, ginger and green chillies.
  • Cook dal in pressure cooker with salt.
  • Heat ghee in pan, splutter mustard, dry chillies and curry leaves. Add crushed onion and fry it.
  • Add dal with cooked water.
  • Make it slightly thick.
  • Serve the curry with ghee in sadhya.
