- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Ginger - 1 piece
- Ghee(As reqd) -
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Dry chillies(cut in half) - 1 no

Instructions
- For preparing nadan parippu curry, crush roughly shallots, ginger and green chillies.
- Cook dal in pressure cooker with salt.
- Heat ghee in pan, splutter mustard, dry chillies and curry leaves. Add crushed onion and fry it.
- Add dal with cooked water.
- Make it slightly thick.
- Serve the curry with ghee in sadhya.
