Broccoli And Baby Corn Curry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Baby corn
  • 2 cups Broccoli sliced
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies slit
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Thick coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Cashew paste
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • Pepper As reqd
  • 1 no Bay leaves
  • 2 nos Cinnamon sticks Karugapatta
  • 2 nos Cloves Grambu
  • 4 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 no Tomato chopped
  • Coriander leaves Few
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing broccoli and baby corn curry, first heat butter in a pan.
  • Fry bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, onion, garlic, broccoli and baby corn.
  • Add salt and pepper. Add little water, cover and cook.
  • When done, add cashew paste and cumin powder.
  • Add coconut milk, cream and boil.
  • Add chopped tomato on above and remove from flame.
  • Add chopped coriander and serve hot. Broccoli and baby corn curry is ready.
