- Baby Corn - 1 cup
- Broccoli(sliced) - 2 cups
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Thick coconut milk - 1 cup
- Cashew paste - 2 tbsp
- Cream - 1 cup
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper(As reqd) -
- Bay leaves - 1 no
- Cinnamon sticks(Karugapatta) - 2 nos
- Cloves(Grambu) - 2 nos
- garlic(chopped) - 4 cloves
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
- Coriander leaves(Few) -

Instructions
- For preparing broccoli and baby corn curry, first heat butter in a pan.
- When done, add cashew paste and cumin powder.
- Add chopped tomato on above and remove from flame.
- Add chopped coriander and serve hot. Broccoli and baby corn curry is ready.
