For preparing sizzling chicken, marinate chicken slices with oyster sauce, soya sauce, pepper, vinegar, green chillies, corn flour and salt.
Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
In a pan, add little oil. Fry the chicken pieces in it . When done keep it in a plate.
Heat oil, add ginger, garlic, onion and capsicum.
When the color changes, add the chicken pieces and mix well.
In a sizzling plate, add butter, then add the chicken mixture in it and serve hot.
