For preparing tasty mutton sukka, first pressure cook mutton with turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, salt and little curry leaves.
In a pan, pour little oil. Add shallots, 3 dry chillies and fry it.
Then add coconut grated and fry till dark brown in color in low flame.
When cooled, grind it and set aside.
In the same pan, add oil. Fry cloves, dry chillies, cinnamon, bay leaves.
Add onion and fry well. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies and curry leaves.
Add the ground coconut and fry well.
Add mutton pieces with water and saute well.
Add coriander powder and chilly powder.
Evaporate the water and make thick masala.
When mutton is done, add coriander leaves and serve hot.
