Instructions
For preparing easy potato chips, first peel the skin and nicely slice the potatoes in thin round shapes.
Pat dry the potatoes with tissue.
Heat oil, add potatoes in it and deep fry it till golden brown in color.
Spread it in tissue paper and allow excess oil to drain. Sprinkle salt and paprika on top.
Give a nice toss.
Serve hot the easy potato chips.
