Corn flour
mixed with 1 cup milk

Sugar

Green cardamoms
crushed

Pistachios
chopped

tbsp
Almonds
chopped
Instructions
Boil the milk in a heavy bottomed pan till its quantity is reduced to half, on a medium flame.
Add sugar, corn flour mixture & cook for 2 minutes more till the sugar is well dissolved.
Remove from flame & cool slightly.
Add khoya, almonds, pistachios & cardamoms.
Fill the mixture in khulfi moulds & freeze till firmly set.
