  • 4 cups Full cream milk
  • 75 g Fresh khoya mashed
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour mixed with 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 4 nos Green cardamoms crushed
  • 1 tbsp Pistachios chopped
  • 1 tbsp Almonds chopped


  • Boil the milk in a heavy bottomed pan till its quantity is reduced to half, on a medium flame.
  • Add sugar, corn flour mixture & cook for 2 minutes more till the sugar is well dissolved.
  • Remove from flame & cool slightly.
  • Add khoya, almonds, pistachios & cardamoms.
  • Fill the mixture in khulfi moulds & freeze till firmly set.
