Instructions
- For preparing boiled green soya beans/edamame recipe, first cut off the stem end of each pod.
- Wash edamame well and keep in a bowl.
- Rub the veggies with little salt.
- Add enough water to edamame and boil for 3-4 minutes.
- Drain the water in a colander.
- Spread the edamame in a flat tray and allow it to cool.
- Highly nutritious and tasty boiled green soya beans/edamame is ready.
