Instructions
For preparing simple pumpkin soup, heat a pan and add butter. Add onion, pumpkin and lightly fry.
Then put it in a blender and grind well.
Heat a vessel, add stock and put 1 bay leaf in it and boil. Add the ground pumpkin and boil it.
Add salt and lemon grass.
Cook well. Add pepper before serving.
Simple pumpkin soup is ready.
