Khoya-Mawa Cake
Mawa, semolina and other ingredients are added

- 150 g Fresh khoya/mawa crumbled
- 250 g Fine semolina roasted lightly
- 250 g Sugar
- 125 g Margarine
- 3 nos Eggs beaten till stiff
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Salt A pinch
For preparing khoya/mawa cake, combine the eggs with sugar and margarine. Beat well.
Add in semolina, baking powder, mawa and salt. Mix well and keep side for about 1 hour.
Pour into a well greased baking tray and bake on medium heat till it is done.
Khoya/mawa cake is ready.
