Mawa, semolina and other ingredients are added

  • 150 g Fresh khoya/mawa crumbled
  • 250 g Fine semolina roasted lightly
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 125 g Margarine
  • 3 nos Eggs beaten till stiff
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Salt A pinch


  • For preparing khoya/mawa cake, combine the eggs with sugar and margarine. Beat well.
  • Add in semolina, baking powder, mawa and salt. Mix well and keep side for about 1 hour.
  • Pour into a well greased baking tray and bake on medium heat till it is done.
  • Khoya/mawa cake is ready.
