Instructions
For preparing peanut rice, heat oil in a non stick pan and splutter mustard seeds.
Add curry leaves, chilly powder and turmeric powder. Stir it for a minute.
Then add in the onion and sesame seeds. When it becomes golden, add the coconut and peanuts. Fry well.
Add the rice and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Peanut rice is ready. Serve at once.
