2 cups Long grain rice (boiled with grains separated)1/2 cup Peanuts (roasted)1 no Onion (finely chopped, big)1 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)1/2 cup Coconut (grated)1 tsp Sesame seeds1/2 tsp Mustard seeds1/2 tsp Chilly powder1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1 spring Curry leaves2 tbsp OilSalt (As reqd) For preparing peanut rice, heat oil in a non stick pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add curry leaves, chilly powder and turmeric powder. Stir it for a minute.Then add in the onion and sesame seeds. When it becomes golden, add the coconut and peanuts. Fry well.Add the rice and mix well.Garnish with coriander leaves.Peanut rice is ready. Serve at once. Tamil
