Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Chicken chopped
  • 1 no Onion cubes
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup Carrots cubed thinly
  • 2 tbsp Beans sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cashew nuts sliced
  • 1 cup Capsicum cubes
  • 7 nos Dry red chillies
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • Cumin seeds A pinch, Jeerakam
  • 2 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies slit
  • Celery As reqd
  • 2 tsp Corn flour

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chicken in cashews and vegetables, first heat some oil in a pan. Roast cashews slightly and keep aside.
  • In the same oil, add onion, vegetables and capsicum. Shallow fry and keep aside.
  • Crush garlic, onion, dry red chillies, vinegar and cumin seeds.
  • Heat a wok, add oil and fry chicken cubes. Add the crushed garlic mixture and fry well. Add ginger and fry again.
  • Add vegetables, cashews and oyster sauce. Cover with a lid and cook in low heat until done.
  • Mix corn flour in water and pour over.
  • Add celery and give a toss.
  • Chicken in cashew and vegetables is ready.
