Roast cashews slightly and keep aside.In the same oil, add onion, vegetables and capsicum. Shallow fry and keep aside.Crush garlic, onion, dry red chillies, vinegar and cumin seeds.Heat a wok, add oil and fry chicken cubes. Add the crushed garlic mixture and fry well. Add ginger and fry again.Add vegetables, cashews and oyster sauce.
