For preparing neymeen and mutta thoran, first marinate fish pieces with turmeric, chilly powder, salt and lime juice.
Cook fish with required water. Chop the fish into small pieces and keep aside.
Heat oil in kadai, splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves. Add onion, ginger and green chillies. Fry for a while.
Add the fish pieces and fry again.
Add the beaten egg, salt and scramble it.
Add grated coconut and fry well.
Neymeen and mutta thoran is ready.
